River Health Project water quality sampling results
The flood recovery program for water quality monitoring in the Darling-Baaka River is a comprehensive river health monitoring program that extends the NSW Government’s incident response to the floods and mass fish death disasters that occurred in early 2023.
The EPA and DCCEEW responded to the disasters in 2023 through regular water quality sampling. Results from water quality sampling in 2023 and 2024, real time water quality data from the program and community updates are available on the EPA website: Darling-Baaka flood recovery program (nsw.gov.au)
